Powersports Authority ("we," "us," or "our") offers subscription services for select products on powersportsauthority.com (the "Site"). By purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Subscription Terms, which form part of our overall Terms of Service. These terms govern your subscription purchases and automatic recurring billing.
1. Subscription Overview Eligible products may be offered with a subscription option, allowing you to receive regular deliveries at a discounted rate compared to one-time purchases. Subscriptions are managed through our third-party subscription provider integrated with Shopify. The subscription option is clearly displayed on the product page with details including frequency, discount (if any), and commitment terms (if applicable).
2. Billing and Payment
- Your first payment is charged immediately upon checkout.
- Subsequent payments are automatically charged to the same payment method on the recurring billing date (e.g., monthly, every 3 months—based on the selected frequency).
- You authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your chosen payment method for each renewal without additional notice.
- Prices are in USD and include any applicable subscription discounts. Taxes, shipping fees, and any additional charges apply as shown at checkout and may change.
- If a payment fails (e.g., expired card, insufficient funds), we may retry the charge or suspend/cancel your subscription after notice. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.
3. Subscription Frequency and Delivery
- Deliveries follow the interval you select (e.g., monthly, quarterly).
- We aim to ship orders on or around your billing date, subject to product availability and our standard shipping policy.
- You may pause, skip, or modify upcoming orders (where supported by the subscription platform) via your account dashboard or by contacting customer service.
- For physical powersports parts and accessories, delivery depends on carrier schedules and your location.
4. Cancellation and Changes
- You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date.

- Cancellation takes effect for the next billing cycle—no partial refunds for the current period unless required by law.
- We reserve the right to cancel or suspend your subscription at any time for reasons including non-payment, violation of our policies, or product discontinuation (with notice where possible).
- If a subscription has a minimum commitment period (e.g., 3 months), early cancellation may forfeit remaining discounts or incur fees—check product details for specifics.
5. Modifications to Subscriptions We may modify subscription terms, pricing, discounts, or available products with notice (via email or Site posting). Continued subscriptions after changes constitute acceptance. Significant adverse changes allow cancellation without penalty before the change takes effect.
6. Refunds Subscriptions follow our standard Refund Policy except as noted here. No refunds for partial periods after cancellation. Issues with a delivered subscription item (defects, damage) are handled per our Returns Policy.
7. Product Availability and Discontinuation If a subscription product becomes unavailable, we may substitute a comparable item, pause shipments, or cancel the subscription with a pro-rated refund for prepaid amounts (if applicable).
