Please be sure to ship your package in a sturdy shipping box or packing envelope. 5. Once we receive your package, we will inspect your returned items to ensure they meet the guidelines stated below. If the item and packaging are in appropriate, resalable condition, we will process your refund back to the original payment method. Please see our refund policy for further information. The item being returned must be uninstalled, unused, in resalable condition, in the original packaging, and complete with all tags and manuals.
